Retreat time is a sacred “time away” from the routine of life. It is a gift we give to ourselves, as we step out of the chaos into the quiet. Retreat can be experienced as a Day of Reflection, as an overnight or weekend, or extended to a seven day journey. This “time apart” allows the individual or group to slow down and listen deeply.

Lisa has created themed retreats such as “Receive” for the St. Bartholomew’s parish staff in Manchester CT or “Journey to Jerusalem” for the Connecticut Mercy Associates. She has also led Directed Retreats to support a personal exploration of God’s loving invitation and promise. Upon request, retreats or Days of Reflection can be customized specifically for the needs of a group. Regardless of format, Lisa is interested in combining thorough preparation with the great gifts and surprises of Spirit.
